Please note: membership registration for 2012 will be completely online. For past members, you will not receive a printed invoice in the mail as you have in the past. You will be able to print an invoice through the online registration process.

You will need the following in order to complete your online registration:

• Contact information: address, phone, email.
• Adding Associate members? You will need their contact information and email addresses.
• Credit card information, including 3-digit security number on back of card, and billing address.
• If paying by check: when prompted select payment by check, print invoice, and mail in with payment.

*Associate Memberships do not include voting rights. Associate memberships can only be purchased in addition to a business, trade association, government or non-profit memberships.

**Student Membership do not include voting rights. Students must be enrolled minimum part-time at an accredited institute of higher education.

****Memberships are based on a calendar year - January-December. If you join between Nov. 1 and Dec 31, your membership will begin immediately and continue through Dec 31st of the following year. There are no prorations and/or refunds.
